Being proactive about your brain health now can save you a lot in the long run. Exercise and physical activity are some of the most evidence-based interventions in improving brain health and preventing cognitive decline. In fact, research suggests that being physically active may reduce risks of dementia by 30-45%.

We know that not everyone loves to exercise. That’s why we collaborate with you to design an individualized exercise program that takes your specific interests and needs into account so that your sessions are fun and effective. Our focus is on providing the “just right challenge” to stimulate as much change as possible without leaving you feeling unbearably sore and tired the next day. Your exercise sessions should energize you.

Research suggests that people may start experiencing changes in the brain up to 20 years before they actually start showing physical symptoms, and the earlier that you intervene, the more promising long-term outcomes are likely to be. We know that 12 weeks is a big commitment, but we work with your schedule to ensure that we get you the evidence-based dosage of intervention, while designing programs that fit within your daily routine.
